Where I Stand!

The reason we created this Website is that after two and a half years of going through pure hell this is our cry for help to the Canadian People everywhere!

We went to the media. They wouldn’t even listen to us. No help there! I

am a disabled person. The only reason I bring this up here is because my own disability was used against me in the media. My tormentors tried to make it seem that I was losing my mind!

What we are trying to show on this website is the insanity that has overtaken us. After all, we are citizens of Canada, and our experience is that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not exist here in Nova Scotia! My friend Jeff Fraser used to work for a company called Spotless Janitorial Services many years ago. The company later failed, and their name was no longer registered. So when Jeff wanted to create a job for himself and to give both of us a mutual purpose, we chose the name Spotless Cleaning Services.

It was my dream to feel part of world again after so many years of sickness, with no medications that could be of any help at that time for me. Three of us joined as shareholders, to set up a company and do business. From the beginning there were attacks and persecutions aimed at our company and us.

We had just started to make money with our new company, after successfully bidding on some big government contracts. These were the Provincial Buildings in Bridgewater and Digby. Then everything went crazy.

A Provincial Prosecutor, Lloyd Tancock, knew my friend Jeff as a youth, and had prosecuted him during his teenage past. Mr. Tancock immediately started to make trouble for our company, using this as a way to hurt Jeff.

I remember the day when all this began. I was at my home in Mill Village one day in January 2006, when six police officers drove into my front yard, five from the Bridgewater Police Department and one RCMP. A force of six policemen had come to arrest Jeff! It seemed to me all that was missing was the helicopter and the dogs! The man in charge of this raid was Mitchell of the Bridgewater Police. He began by loudly trying to convince me that my fellow shareholder, Jeff Fraser, was a dangerous criminal and was passing bad checks from our own company. I felt these police acted as if they were after Al Capone himself, the way they tried to convince me how bad a man Jeff was. I was shocked at their boorish, threatening behavior and lack of professionalism!

After that, the police just kept coming at us. Mitchell was acting like he was out of control! He went to each of our cleaning contracts telling people how bad a company we were and how bad a person Jeff was. He made it his mission to destroy Spotless and Jeff and me!

We had many problems with the Tory Government after successfully helping the local NDP candidate Vicki Conrad to become elected and after winning the provincial government cleaning contracts. Various provincial government departments bombed our company with bureaucracy. They did everything they could to run our company out business. Spotless Cleaning was fully owned by our holding company AFM Management Ltd. Without our knowledge or consent, our AFM Company was cooked in the records of the Provincial Registrar of Joint Stock Companies to make it look like Jeff Fraser was the sole owner of the company, by himself. I hold the Registry of Joint Stock Companies of Nova Scotia responsible for this. We had also been targeted numerous government branches (Worker’s Compensation, and others) by the Department of Labor, who attempted to curtail our ability to do business with the Nova Scotia banks.

This is what led me to help take down fifty-three years of Tory rule in Queens County. I helped Vicki Conrad get elected. After it was over, she was the new MLA here. Then things got even worse, and cost us our company, all our contracts and our bank accounts! Our very means to make a living here in Nova Scotia were denied to us! I went to the MLA, and she dismissed me with the statement that no one else she knew was having this problem.

I found it very hard indeed to build this website, because it brought back all the hurt and outrage all over again! I haven’t been able to get a local doctor in over a year. My personal bank and business accounts were stolen from the TD Bank in Bridgewater and no reason given. The Royal Bank of Canada in Liverpool has wrecked my VISA credit. I was even accused of owing a large amount of money on a PC MasterCard, which did not exist! I had four consecutive Canada Pension Disability Income checks stolen in 2006, by persons as yet unknown. Only after I had to make the most strenuous efforts were they finally reissued. No reason for this was ever given to me!

All this took place in the small time frame of six months after the 2006 election! Coincidence? I think not! Bank officers have out rightly lied to me. (TD Bank, Royal Bank, Scotia Bank.) Of course I know who they are! To the banks out there, I do have a good, sharp mind and every day since this has happened I have been working and planning how to fight back at you and bring you to justice!

The Crown Prosecutor known as Lloyd Tancock of Bridgewater put Jeff on house arrest for almost two years, without trial or any kind of due process. Jeff was forced to wear a non-removable electronic ankle bracelet for six months of this period. Mr. Tancock linked Jeff’s name with concocted and malicious stories and released the stories to the media, who of course leapt to publication with absolutely no questions asked. And all of this began immediately after the 2006 provincial election. Again I ask, is this is a coincidence? I think not!

Gossip is the first language of the South Shore! Rumors and lies are started and passed among the people. Shamefully, this gossip is relished and retailed everywhere. The result of this is blameless and upstanding people everywhere are savagely hurt, to the glee and satisfaction of the instigators! We too have suffered from a deliberate campaign of malicious gossip, which is still going on.

Never have I witnessed such deliberate viciousness in all my life! I tried, but I could not get a lawyer in all of Nova Scotia. I had friends that offered to help me to pay the $450 hourly fee for the one of the best lawyers in this province, who refused my case against Royal Bank VISA. When approached, the lawyers either took my retainers and did nothing, or never show an interest, or flatly turned me down, or made up lies about why they were unable to represent me!

It is frightening when the very people charged with upholding the Public Trust can get away with this kind of behavior. My associates and I just want as citizens to take a stand to bring justice to our community. I’m sure we are not the first people to get beaten up like this – it’s just that we seem to be only ones that lived to tell about it! We did have some actual conversations with the disappearing Nova Scotia Justice Department. Where did you go? When we called them back, their telephones had been disconnected! Where did Provincial Ombudsman Bishop go? And many others we called? Yes, and the RCMP!

I have been silent since all this began to happen. Now I am forced to fight these people and to go public to present my case to the whole country. The one thing I have is my health, which I have almost miraculously regained, to be able to fight back at these people. Attacks continue even today on my mother, who is sixty-eight years old, for exercising her right to participate in an election to help to make a change. What is happening to her is deeply wrong! If there was ever an S.O.S. cry for help it is now! The public has the right to know what is happening to the Public Trust. Politicians, public officials and those who undermine the Public Trust must be held fully accountable for their actions!

I have lived through hell, but we will get justice. I am willing to meet and speak to any person or group that wants to hear the details of our story! I never expected to have to take a stand to fight for basic rights and freedoms in my homeland of Nova Scotia, but the need is clear and I will do it, even though it may be my death! I feel that strongly about it!

What we are fighting for may not be a war overseas. It is a war for Democracy right here at home in Nova Scotia. My family members that fought and died in World War II to secure our Human Rights and Freedoms and to make the choice to vote in a free election. This has been denied to us by the leadership of the Jehovah Witnesses infiltrating our society, they are working to destroy the very core of our democracy.

They are using our own institutions against us! This is why our government and its judicial and law enforcement branches are made to appear as if they are breaching their sacred trusts.

I ask you the people to do whatever you can do to help us. It will be most deeply appreciated. If persecution like this can happen to us, it can happen to anyone, old and young alike. You, the People of Canada, must use your power! Please stand up and put a stop to the injustices that are happening right now here in Nova Scotia. Our website is a cry to the people of this country - please tell us that democracy is alive and well in Canada, because it is not in Nova Scotia!
