We live in an area where elected politicians ignore the needs of their constituents, where the judiciary and police institutions will not uphold the rights of citizens, where the media is afraid to report the truth, where lawlessness abounds and ordinary people are left unprotected and defenseless against the rapacity of a few. The answer to our dilemma is for people of courage to actively help each other. Only if we unite can we succeed. That is the only way. There is no other way. People, stand up!
Hugh Byrne
One of the most serious mistakes a person
can make is assuming that he will receive a fair trial from an impartial
judge.
The
problem of bad/corrupt judges, defined as those who willfully violate their
oaths of office for whatever reason (bribery, blackmail, political
allegiance, personnel bias, etc) plagues today's courts.
It seems as though many judges regard their oath of office as merely a
formality to be conveniently forgotten as soon as they occupy their
chambers. Once comfortably in place in their courtrooms, they take on
the mantle of demigods and act as if they have carte-blanc to do as they
please. Instead of objectively administering true justice, they rule
according to their personal biases and political allegiances, legislating
from the bench with a wave of the hand, confident in the knowledge that
their misdeeds have scant chance of ever reaching the Supreme Court.
It is
truly said that power corrupts. Nowhere is this more evident than with
our provincial court judges. Unfortunately for the public and the integrity
of the entire judicial system, many corrupt court judges in their rulings
blatantly ignore the facts that are contrary to their own agendas.
This practice leads to a vicious cycle in which one erroneous ruling after
another is piled up, forming a
judicial cancer.
If it appears that you are dealing with a corrupt judge, it is vitally
important that you immediately rid yourself of any delusion that he/she will
spontaneously become impartial later in the proceedings. Once a judge
reveals his/her corruption, you must take a stand. Corrupt judges are a
serious threat to the fabric of society and it is your duty to tackle the
problem with all the power at your disposal.
The Provincial Justice system has taken the power away from the people and
placed it into the hands of corrupt, unethical and dishonest bad judges and
dishonest attorneys who have no fear of consequences because they are immune
to any discipline and are accountable only to their fellow judges and
attorneys. Our
system is no longer an arena where you must fear being on the wrong
side of the law. It does not matter if you are on the wrong or right side of
the law. It only matters if you are on the wrong side of the judges agenda.
It does not matter if the evidence or the law is on your side; it only
matters if you have money and the judge on your side. Many are unaware
of this because they have not had to endure it. It is the public ignorance
that has allowed the judicial system to become so corrupt. It is the
education of the public about the abuses in our courts that will be the only
means to restore truth and justice to our courts.
Many honest citizens are losing their homes, their children, and their
freedom not because they disobeyed the law but because our bad judges and
crown prosecutors have their own agendas. They are writing their own
laws, ignoring legislative laws, disregarding evidence, and swaying their
decisions to favor parties that will further their careers.
It is time for People to Stand Up and put an end to
Judicial Corruption. The
Judicial System was initially designed to be the weakest branch of our
government. Today it makes decisions on life and liberty not based on
our statutes and laws but on personal bias.
Therefore, the Canadian people must endure a long and costly process to
receive their individual rights and justice. Many cannot afford the
cost of this process or cannot take the time. Justice unreachable is justice
denied.
Stand up to this injustice before you yourself or someone you love must
endure this abuse. Write to Ottawa, the political parties, anyone that
will listen, and demand accountability of judges, crown prosecutors and our
attorneys. This problem will not get better, not go away or not be
taken care of by someone else.
Every Canadian must stand up for their Rights. Demand that truth and justice
return to our courts.
Put a stop to bad judges and bad lawyers!

Freedom of speech is the concept of being able to speak freely without censorship. The right to freedom of speech is guaranteed under international law through numerous human rights instruments, notably under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, although implementation remains lacking in many countries. The synonymous term freedom of expression is sometimes preferred, since the right is not confined to verbal speech but is understood to protect any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used.
